Forgotten effects:
Hotel Juelsminde Strand does not take responsibility for forgotten items, and we cannot guarantee that what you have forgotten during your stay will be found. If you bring personal items, it is at your own risk. Please contact the hotel by telephone as soon as possible after your stay to inquire whether the forgotten item is still stored. Valuables and/or luggage left or forgotten in rooms and hotel areas will be stored for up to 3 months after departure, after which it will be returned for recycling. Unfortunately, we are not able to store items for a longer period of time and are not liable for compensation.
Items can be forwarded against payment of a handling fee of DKK 200 plus shipping costs.

Number of rooms: Hotel Juelsminde Strand has 70 newly renovated rooms in the mini-double, double and family room categories. All rooms have private bath/toilet, TV and free wireless internet. Some rooms have a view of the water.
Smoking:
Smoking in the rooms or in other areas of the hotel is not allowed. If, after check-out, we find that there has been smoking in the room, an extra bill of DKK 5.000 will be sent due to extra cleaning and closing of the room.
Handicap-friendly facilities: The hotel has a disabled-friendly family room with a bath chair in the shower and armrests by the toilet.
In addition, there is a disabled toilet at the reception, and the hotel has a lift so that all floors can be accessed.

We take responsibility for the environment: As a standard, we have chosen not to clean rooms during stays of more than 1 night. This is to reduce the hotel's electricity and water consumption. If you still want light cleaning, garbage collection, clean towels or other services, this is possible by arrangement with the reception at no charge.
Party and course rooms: The hotel offers a total of 9 party/meeting and conference rooms, so there are rooms for every event and with varying numbers of participants.
