Do you need a meeting room for a small meeting, course or workshop – or do you need to hold a general meeting or board meeting? We offer bright and flexible rooms that create the right setting for a productive day.

The premises are suitable for both business meetings and meetings in associations or networks, where good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere are needed. There is of course the possibility of both catering and technical equipment as needed, so you can focus on the content and get the most out of the day. The premises can also be rented without catering.

Rent the meeting room Skovstuen

Capacity: 14 people
Suitable for meetings, workshops, board meetings and smaller courses
Including tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, 75 inch screen and 1 flip chart.
Catering can be purchased, but is not a requirement.

Price:
Per person up to 4 hours:
Kr. 100, - pr. person

Per person up to 8 hours:
Kr. 200, - pr. person

Extras:

Breakfast buffet (pick up in our restaurant): DKK 85 per person
Coffee/tea ad libitum: DKK 65 per person
Ice water and fruit: DKK 45 per person
Lunch platter: DKK 170,- per person
Afternoon cake: DKK 50 per person
Nuts/snack and chocolate: DKK 50 per person
Soda: DKK 40 per bottle.
Beer: DKK 48 per bottle.
