Rent our cozy party room Atriumgaarden

We rent out our atmospheric room, which is located in the basement of the hotel. The room is well suited for birthdays, company parties, anniversaries and other private events.

When you enter the room, you are greeted by solid wooden tables with chairs and benches, which create a rustic and cozy atmosphere. Just inside the door on the left you will find a bar, where there is ample opportunity for serving food during the event.
At the end of the room there is plenty of space for a dance floor. There are high ceilings and a beautiful wavy ceiling with built-in lighting, which gives a special atmosphere to the party.
At the bottom right of the room we have built a stage where it is possible to hire a band or other entertainment. There are also two speakers installed, which can be easily connected via Bluetooth.
At the back of the room, a staircase leads up to the exit, where it is possible to go outside and smoke.

54 seats/max. 80 people

Facilities:

• Own bar, 2 refrigerators and option to purchase kegs for draft beer system
• Tables, chairs and benches: 5 wooden tables and chairs for 30 people, 4 wooden tables with wooden benches
• Two toilets at the entrance to the room

Prices:

• One day: DKK 2500,-
Purchase of an extra day DKK 1000.
No deposit is charged.

• Service in the form of glasses, plates and cutlery
DKK 35 per person (we do the dishes)
Catering can be purchased, but is not a requirement.

• High table DKK 80 per piece.

• Rental of tablecloths and napkins (price depends on size and color)

• Soda: DKK 40 per bottle.
• Beer Royal Pilsner or Classic: DKK 48 per bottle.
• Barrels 20 liters DKK 800 per piece.
